Here's a closer a look at how our online reports will simplify the way you do business:
Storage Report
We understand that everyone hates paying for storage! To help you avoid incurring storage costs, we designed a report that clearly shows which containers haven’t been delivered, the terminal locations where your containers are being stored, and the date of your last free storage day.
Our team also knows that you may have containers scattered across many terminals in Ontario. That's why we have an in-house automated software that tracks the status of each container at various terminals. In the “State” column of this online report, you can expect to find status updates that will help you prevent storage bills, such as “Delivery Scheduled” or “Available for Pickup.” A blank space in the “State” column serves as a reminder to resolve the matter ASAP and plan for delivery.
The Musket Transport team has built "tracers" that visit other terminals' websites on an hourly basis. They track containers and download information like "Shipment Status" and "Last Storage Free Day at Terminal" to our system. This feature allows you to access all the information you need in one central location. Some of the terminals we trace include:

Available for Delivery Report
To help our clients plan more effectively and avoid storage costs, the Musket team has designed a list of all containers that are either ready for delivery or have been scheduled for delivery. When you see that your container is "Available for Delivery," that means that it has been "Customs Cleared," "Steamship Released," and is no longer in storage.
Available for Pickup Report
Whether you're a carrier or a broker, constantly having to check when your containers are available for pickup is a time-consuming headache. Dedicated to making your experience more seamless, we offer a report that lists all containers in the Musket terminal that are available for pickup by an outside carrier. Your report won't indicate that your containers are available for pick-up until they have been "Customs Cleared" and "Steamship Released."
Missing Releases Report
Want an easy-to-navigate summary of what containers are not yet available for delivery due to missing customs releases or steamship releases? This report is available to all parties and offers a summary of any missing releases. We encourage our clients to use this reporting as a "To Do" list of items that need to be resolved. Once a unit has obtained all necessary releases, it will immediately move to either the "Available for Delivery" report or the "Available for Pickup" report.
Export Cutoff Schedule
Avoid the possibility that your container will reach its terminal after the Cutoff Date. We'll make an "Export Cutoff Schedule" - a consolidated list of all containers and their respective close dates - available to you. With access to this schedule, you'll always know exactly when you need to finish loading your cargo.
