New! Flexible Tracking Services

We have increased the flexibility in our tracking services in order to increase the visibility of shipments that are in our system. Now any registered user can view a limited subset of information on any shipment (as long as they meet a very few basic conditions) in our system. Simply enter either a booking number and/or a container id that was provided to you by another party.

Note: The use of a wild card (*) will only return shipments that are associated to you. To see a list of shipments that are associated to you, click here.

Step 3A - Track by Booking Number & Container Id

How do I use the wild card in my search?

The wild card (*) was designed to allow you to broaden your search results. If you were to enter in:

ABCD*

Then your results will consist of containers (or booking numbers) that begin with the letters: ABCD. Searching for: GTHU123* will return results that begin with: GTHU123.

Step 3B - Track Multiple Containers

How do I use the wild card in my search?

The wild card (*) was designed to allow you to broaden your search results. If you were to enter in:

ABCD*

Then your results will consist of containers (or booking numbers) that begin with the letters: ABCD. Searching for: GTHU123* will return results that begin with: GTHU123.

Step 3C - Track by Pro-Number
Step 4

Not all my shipments are displayed in the results?

It is also possible that in your search, you have included a wild card(*). The use of wild cards in tracking will only return shipments that are associated to you. Try again without the wild card.

To see a list of shipments that are associated to you, click here.

Not all my containers are displayed in the results? (Applies to "Tracing Multiple Containers")

If you are tracing multiple containers (Step 3B) then it is possible that there were few containers that were not located in our system therefore will not appear in the results. Also, at the present moment, you can trace up to 200 containers. The rest will be ignored.
