Not all my shipments are displayed in the results? It is also possible that in your search, you have included a wild card(*). The use of wild cards in tracking will only return shipments that are associated to you. Try again without the wild card. To see a list of shipments that are associated to you, click here. (Applies to "Tracing Multiple Containers") If you are tracing multiple containers (Step 3B) then it is possible that there were few containers that were not located in our system therefore will not appear in the results.
