Step 1

Why aren't my rows highlighted in green?

Your profile settings are not set to highlight the rows. You must go to your profile and change the settings there. A step-by-step guide is available here.

Step 4

Why do I get an error message such as "Either the steamship release date is missing or is not a valid date."?

Containers must meet certain conditions in order for you to be able to schedule them for delivery through our web site. The conditions are as follows:

  • Container's Shipment Type: Import Full (IF)
  • Container's Present Status: North Boud (NB), West Bound (NB), Arrived (AR), Active Shipment (AC), Shipment to Accept (LH), In Bound (IB)
  • Pickup From Location: If the present status is "Shipment to Accept (LH)", then the Pickup From field must be either a CN or CP terminal.
  • Interline Party: The container must be released to Musket or Melburn.
  • Release Dates: There must be a valid steamship, broker, customs release date and a valid yard storage date.
  • Yard Storage Date: The present date and time of scheduling for delivery must be before 3:00 AM of the yard storage date.
  • The container cannot be approved for a previous delivery.
  • Your account must registered to be able to schedule containers for delivery.

The container's present status, pickup from, interline, and the 4 required dates can be found on the container information page. A step-by-step guide is available here.

Step 5
Step 6
Step 7

Why do I get a warning about having no e-mail address associated with my account?

Although you can still schedule a container for delivery, it is highly recommended that you add an e-mail address to your profile. Having an e-mail registered allows our system to keep you up-to-date with your delivery appointments. Without an e-mail, the only way to find out the status of your request for delivery is to check the web page periodically. If you are at this step and do not have an e-mail registered to your profile, continue onto step 8. Afterwards, go to your profile and add an e-mail address. Immediately after you save your changes, you will receive updates from our system. A guide for accessing and editing your profile is available here.
